History

Soto Kudus is a typical traditional soup from the Kudus city, Central Java.

Soto Kudus contains shredded chicken, bean sprouts and a type of clear broth.

Ingredients

2 bay leaves
4 bean sprouts, wash clean
3 cm galangal, (crushed)
½ teaspoon chicken or beef instant powdered broth
3 limes, squeeze and take the juice
3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying and sautéing
Clean water to taste

Soft seasoning ingredients:
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon of ground pepper
3 cm ginger
4 cloves garlic
6 shallots
6 hazelnuts

Supplementary material:
Fried onions to taste
Thinly sliced ​​celery leaves to taste
Green onions to taste, thinly sliced
4 boiled eggs, peeled and split into 2 parts.

In 100 grams of buffalo meat, there are 0.5 grams of fat and 3.3 mg of iron.

That's better than 100 grams of beef which contains 14 grams of fat and only 2.2 mg of iron.
