10 Virtue of Dhuha Prayer, Abundance of Fortune and Health
Johanfredo21 - The virtue of the Dhuha prayer needs to be listened to especially for Muslims who want to make all the affairs of this world and the hereafter easier by Allah SWT.
Similar to other sunnah prayers, the number of cycles of the Dhuha prayer is inconsequential two cycles and a maximum of 12 cycles and is done with one greeting every two cycles.
Dhuha prayer can be done alone and may also be done in congregation. This prayer also includes sunnah prayers which are done in the morning and begin when the sun starts to rise along the pole or after sunrise around 7 am until before Dhuhr time when the sun has not risen in the middle position.
One of the virtues of the Dhuha prayer for those who are diligent in carrying it out is that they will get a reward like him giving alms and many others.
The virtues of Dhuha Prayer:
1. As a Substitute for Alms Practices
In a hadith narrated by Muslim from Abu Dzar, the Prophet SAW said,
"In the morning it is obligatory for all joints among you to give charity. Every tasbih (subhanallah) reading can be a charity, every tahmid reading (thank God) can be a charity, every tahlil reading (laa ilaha illallah) can be a charity, and every takbir reading (Allahu Akbar) can also be used as charity. Likewise, amar ma'ruf (inviting obedience) and nahi munkar (forbidding evil) are charity. All of this can be fulfilled (replaced) by performing Duha prayers as many as 2 Rakaat." (HR. Muslim).
2. Fortune will always be sufficient
In the Hadith of the holder Nu'aim Hammar Al Ghatafani, he heard Rasulullah SAW once,
"Allah Ta'ala said: O son of Adam, do not leave the four cycles of prayer at the beginning of the afternoon (dhuha time). Then it will suffice you at the end of the afternoon."
(Narrated by Ahmad, Abu Daud, At Tirmidhi, Maju Darimi).
3. Means of Forgiveness of Sins
In the Hadith Rasulullah SAW said,
"Anyone who performs the Dhuha prayer consistently, his sins will be forgiven by Allah, even if the sins are as many as foam in the ocean." (HR. Tirmidhi).
4. Get Hajj and Umrah Rewards
In the hadith of the history of tirmidhi by Anas holder Malik, Rasulullah SAW said,
"'Whoever performs the Fajr prayer in congregation and then sits while remembering Allah until the sun rises, then he prays two cycles of prayer, then he is like getting the reward of Hajj and Umrah.' His statement with a double meaning said, 'Perfect, perfect and perfect reward.'" (HR. Tirmidhi).
5. Palaces in Heaven Will Be Prepared
Prophet Muhammad SAW in one of the hadiths once said,
"Whoever prays Duha prayer 12 cycles, Allah will make for him a palace in heaven." (Narrated by Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
6. Including the Prayers of the Awwâbîn (Repentant People)
The Dhuha prayer is also included by Allah SWT as a group of people who return (repent) to Allah SWT.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ: لَا يُحَافِظُ عَلَى صَلَاةِ الضُّحَى إِلَّا أَوَّابٌ. قَالَ: وَهِيَ صَلَاةُ الْأَوَّابِينَ. (رواه الحاكم وقال: هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم)
Meaning, "It was narrated from Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu, he said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one keeps the Dhuha prayer except those who return to Allah in repentance.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'Dhuha prayer is the prayer of a person who returns to Allah with repentance',"
(Narrated by al-Hakim and Imam Muslim).
7. Will Get Ghanimah
Ghanimah or profits or assets will be obtained more quickly with the permission of Allah SWT by regularly carrying out Duha prayers. Rasulullah SAW said,
"Get the advantage (ghanimah) and hurry back! to their nearest goal (the enemy to be fought), shriveling their many ghanimah (profits) and quick return? They replied: "Yes! The Apostle said again: "Whoever performs ablution', then enters the mosque to perform the Duha prayer, he is the one who shrivels near his destination (the place of war), has more ghanimah and returns faster."
8. Incomparable Health will be bestowed
In the word of Allah SWT which reads:
وَالشَّمْسِوَضُحَاهَا
Meaning: "By the sun and its light in the morning."
(QS Asy-Shams: 1)
Allah swears by the sun and its light during Dhuha. The light in the morning is believed by many scientists and researchers to have good health benefits for the human body. Such as infrared which is useful for reducing pain in muscles and splendid which is useful as a phytocatalyst that nourishes human skin thanks to the content of vitamin D.
9. Will Be Far Away from Negligence
In the hadith narrated by At Thabrani it is explained, "Whoever prays two cycles of Dhuha prayer, then he is not written as a negligent person. Whoever does it four cycles, then he is written as a person who is expert in worship. Whoever does it six cycles, then he is saved in that day. Whoever does it eight cycles, then Allah writes him as an obedient person. And whoever does it twelve cycles, Allah will build a house in heaven for him, "(HR. At-Thabrani).
10. Sunnah worship that the Apostle highly recommends
When someone performs the Dhuha sunnah prayers, he automatically also performs one of the Prophet's sunnah prayers with many privileges and benefits. Rasulullah SAW always performs Dhuha prayers as many as four cycles.
Sayyidah Aisyah Radhiyallahu 'anha was asked by Mu'adzah: "How many cycles of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did the Dhuha prayer?" He replied: "Four cycles and could also be more, according to the will of Allah".
